Shipping times and methods
All orders are processed starting from receipt of payment, with a timeframe ranging from 1 to 4 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handed over to the courier on the first following business day, excluding public holidays.
Our deliveries are carried out by the GLS courier, which delivers within 24/48 hours from the shipment of the goods, and up to 72 hours for the islands.
With GLS’s Flex Delivery Service, the recipient is constantly updated on the shipment’s progress. Through a link sent via e-mail, they can access a management area, both before and after the delivery attempt, where they can choose from up to six customization options.
Two options are activated immediately and automatically:
- Change the scheduled delivery date: the recipient can choose a new delivery date.
- Choose a pick-up point between a GLS Branch and a GLS Shop: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a GLS Branch or GLS Shop within the service area of the branch covering the original destination address.
Four additional options are available and are activated only upon request to your branch:
- Provide an alternative delivery address: the recipient can indicate an alternative delivery address to their own.
- Indicate a safe place for delivery: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a safe place (garden, garage, balcony) at the same delivery address.*
- Authorize delivery to a neighbor: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a neighbor.
ITALY aND sAN mARINO
Shipping is free on all Products with orders over Euro 50,00. For amounts lower than this amount, the shipping cost is Euro 7.00.
EUROPE
Shipping is free on all Products with orders over Euro 90.00. For amounts lower than this amount, the shipping cost is Euro 15.00.
The states that benefit from these conditions are:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Spain ( excluding Canary Islands ), Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania and Sweden.
